Summer Memories in a Snap

Chatbooks Made Easy

Last week I shared a few ways to enjoy your summer photos, or any photos really. Today let's elaborate on Chatbooks.

I have a deep passion for preserving memories. As a former yearbook adviser, I loved teaching students how to document a school year in a 256-page book. Now that I am a momma, one of my favorite pastimes involves creating yearly family albums. I use a combination of Project Life pages and simple and clean pages that include nothing but photos (you can find an example here). But hey, I understand that not everyone shares the same passion for documenting as I do. And that's totally fine!

Introducing Chatbooks, the monthly mini-series.

They have revolutionized the storytelling experience by simplifying it. Simply download their app and turn your fave phone (or from your "real" camera; do people still do that?) photos into physical books effortlessly. Seriously, it only takes 2 minutes to set up. Pick your favorite photos and send them to print! That is it! Witness the growth of your family's story unfold, all in a few min at the end of the month. (Side note: I still take photos with my "real" camera too).

Another positive thing to note is how durable they are. Legit, toddler-proof. I know how important it is for our kiddos to see themselves in photos. It gives them a sense of belonging and knowing where and how they fit into their family.

I didn’t mention the BEST part yet: EACH BOOK IS ONLY $7. Seriously. $7.

Check out my workflow:

  1. Open app
  2. Hide Screenshots
  3. Pick 30 photos
  4. Make sure they are centered
  5. Send to print
  6. Wait for Happy Mail!

I hope you found this helpful. I want you to be able to enjoy your photos easily. Out of your phone, into your hands.
